Quilting tip


For an inexpensive way to "see" multiple blocks, use 2-12 inch mirror tiles. Use a piece of heavy duty tape to make a hinge. When you make a block, put the mirrors on two sides to see what four blocks together will look like, or add one more mirror and put them around three sides of your block to see what an entire quilt might look like.

You can also use the mirrors to reflect sketches you've made to see what a repeated design will look like.
