If you plan to donate items for the guild auction, please download and print this form before you arrive. Print as many as you need. You can also click on the image above and you will see a larger image, you can then print that image if you like.
You will notice that this year we are including a reserve amount for the item you donate. If you want a minimum bid for your donation, the bidding will start there and if that amount is not met, your item will not be sold it will be returned to you.
