October Auction Information

The form above can be clicked and then copied and printed to get additional forms for your donations to the auction. The October meeting is set aside as we will once again conduct our annual fundraising auction. Quilting related items, clothing, sewing goodies, and items you think it would fun to have, are donated by guild members then auctioned to the highest bidder to raise money for the guild's charitable projects. The doors open at 6:00 pm and a short meeting will begin promptly at 6:30. Feel free to bring friends with you to enjoy the fun, there is no guest charge at the October meeting. The auction committee is looking for help in setting up the room, so if you can come early, please join in. Please come for a friendly, fun-filled, action-packed evening . This is your opportunity to take home a handcrafted treasure or wonderful gift. Your donations make the night fun and exciting. Thank you in advance to supporting your guild.

A Sneak Peek

Here is a peek at what the 2011 guild quilt will look like. The blocks are around 8 by 12 and the trees are all batiks. The backgrounds are scrappy. The border is going to be paper pieced as well. Great start Cindy and Jeannie!

I added the draft list of programs for 2011 on the right sidebar of the blog. Take a look and if you have any feedback or suggestions send it to the guild email address at cospringsqg@gmail.com.
